Fuxin textile production and fabric development

Quality & Inspection

A quality conversation starts with the approved sample and the requirements of your application.

OUR WORKFLOW

An agreed reference for every order.

Fuxin’s company profile describes a quality workflow from yarn and raw-material selection through production and finished-fabric inspection. Buyers should confirm the relevant test methods, acceptance criteria and documentation before production starts.

What the company checks

Inspection covers visible defects, colour differences, skew and fabric appearance. The company also describes equipment for strength, abrasion, yarn count, rubbing colourfastness, fabric density and shrinkage checks.

Keep the specification clear

Composition, construction, weight, usable width, colour reference and finish should be agreed alongside the sample. Test requirements can vary by fabric, destination and end use; ask the team to confirm the scope applicable to your order.

Before dispatch

Batch sampling and inspection precede roll preparation, labelling and shipment. Request the relevant batch test information and agree any independent inspection requirements as part of the order discussion.

Supplier documentation

The supplied company materials include domestic AAA enterprise credit evaluation documents. These concern business credit evaluation and should not be treated as fabric performance certifications. Current documents and applicable product test reports can be requested from the team.
